If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes.

7. Service Dependency on NotebookLM

BridgeLM operates as an extension tool for NotebookLM. If NotebookLM decides to cut access for external tools or block them, we may be obligated to shut down the extension functionality of our app.

In such an event:

  • The BridgeLM browser extension may cease to function
  • You will still have access to your flashcards through the BridgeLM web viewer
  • Your flashcard data will remain secure and accessible in your account
  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance if possible

This dependency is beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to NotebookLM integration features.
